What is a Visual Alignment System?
A Visual Alignment System is a precision calibration system based on machine vision technology. It integrates industrial cameras and vision algorithms to display the otherwise invisible or difficult-to-observe tool centers in real-time on the operation screen, enabling fast and high-precision alignment of key equipment components.
The system calculates and displays the deviation value (in mm) between the nozzle center and the laser center in real time. This provides operators with a clear reference for adjustments, facilitating precise calibration.
Visual Alignment with Minimal Operation
Place the module approximately 10 mm below the nozzle and start alignment with one click by turning on the camera. No need for repeated test plate cutting or enlarged slit observation, significantly reducing debugging cycle.
0.02mm Visual Data with 0.02mm Precision
The system automatically calculates and displays the coordinates of the nozzle center, laser center, and precise deviation value. It converts "coaxiality" into quantifiable numbers, enabling accurate adjustments below the millimeter level.
Reduce Dross, Burrs and Rework
When the coaxiality between the laser and nozzle is stable, airflow and energy concentrate on the slit centerline. This effectively reduces dross and offset cutting, improves cutting section quality, and lowers scrap rate.
